Our Story

As owner/operators in the landscaping and home services space, Call Hook’s founders, Kevin and Matt; realized they had a problem.

No matter how many leads they generated, if they did not respond immediately, their prospective customers would call someone else. Business owners have been dealing with this for years, but not realizing just how many calls they’re missing after hours and even during.

So, Kevin and Matt set out to solve this problem, enlisting the help of many of the countries greatest minds to create a form of conversational AI that will respond to phone calls in a way that their customers actually prefer it.
